We developed and implemented a fully automated control system for an 260TPH Asphalt Batching Plant, designed to streamline and optimize the complete mixing process—from raw material dosing to final batch delivery.

This SCADA-based solution integrates real-time control, monitoring, and visualization for all key processes, including:

Cold Aggregate Dosing

Dryer & Burner Control (including coal burner with direct ignition)

Dust Collection & Cleaning Unit

Bitumen & Filler Handling

Mixing Drum & Hot Bin Management
