Hive Automation provided a complete, turnkey automation and control solution for a 100 TPD Hydrogenation Plant for Ricor Mills Corporation, Philippines - covering the entire project lifecycle from control system design and in-house panel manufacturing to PLC and SCADA software development, testing, and on-site commissioning at the Philippines facility.
The hydrogenation process involves continuous reactor temperature and pressure control, hydrogen feed management, catalyst monitoring, and emergency shutdown - all of which were integrated into a unified PLC and SCADA system.
All MCC cum Control Panels were designed and manufactured entirely in-house at our Ahmedabad facility to ensure quality compliance and faster delivery timelines.

Delivering a turnkey automation solution - including in-house panel manufacturing - for an international client in the Philippines required tight engineering documentation, rigorous FAT, and careful packaging and logistics for panel shipment before site commissioning.
Outcome / Result
The 100 TPD Hydrogenation Plant was commissioned at Ricor Mills Philippines in October 2022. Full turnkey delivery - from control system design to in-house panel manufacturing, PLC and SCADA programming, and on-site commissioning - was completed on schedule.
